Schedule of Seminar Results and Doctoral Exam for MIPA S3 students who have not yet implemented it this semester. We schedule the Seminar/Exam on:

Note :
The time allocation for the seminar is 1 hour. The time allocation for the Qualification, Proposal and Eligibility exams is 2 hours. The time allocation for the Closed and Open exams is 3 hours.
It will be held offline in room 201 or 208, or it can also be held online (you can contact the admin for the zoom link).
The Eligibility Examination is conducted in 2 stages. Stage 1: submitting a manuscript that has been signed by the supervisor to be submitted to the examination of the eligibility of the manuscript by the Dissertation Quality Team first. Stage 2: conducting an Eligibility Examination with a presentation & Q&A (for 2 hours).
The seminar is conducted openly (there is an audience of other students, min. 2 people). The exam is conducted privately (without an audience of other students) with the number of examiners according to the provisions.
The examiner is determined by the supervisor, and must be reported to the admin at least 5 days before the exam day, along with the exam script that has been signed by the supervisor.
If you cannot carry out the seminar/exam according to schedule, you can reschedule the implementation until no later than the end of August 2022.
If you cannot implement it by the end of August 2022, you MUST submit a statement letter regarding the estimated time for the exam/seminar, signed by the Promoter/Academic Advisor, no later than the end of July 2022.
