On January 9, 2017, a workshop was held with the theme of Improving the Academic Quality of the MIPA Doctoral Study Program in the Framework of Redesigning the 2017 Curriculum. The workshop, which took place in the Meeting Room of the Faculty of Science and Technology, was attended by all FST lecturers who had Doctoral or Professor degrees.

The first material was delivered by the Dean of FMIPA from the Bandung Institute of Technology, Prof. Edy Tri Baskoro, M.Sc. And the second material was delivered by Prof. Dr. Ni Nyoman Tri Puspaningsih, M.Sc., as the Director of Education at Unair, followed by a question and answer session.

This workshop activity can finally further solidify the design of the Research-Based Doctoral Education Curriculum, which will later be implemented starting from the beginning of the 2018/2019 Academic Year and also for foreign students of the MIPA doctoral program. (*)
